GTM Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Product Manager based in United Kingdom.

This is an opportunity to lead the evolution of critical go-to-market technology solutions that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and customer success. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of internal products that power revenue teams across multiple functions. You will combine product thinking, technical expertise, and business insight to transform complex operational needs into scalable solutions. Working closely with teams across sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, data, and automation, you will shape the future of revenue technology ecosystems. This position is ideal for a strategic product leader who enjoys solving complex problems, driving innovation, and leveraging AI to build smarter, more efficient business capabilities.

Accountabilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of one or more go-to-market products and the business capabilities they support.
  • Define product priorities based on business impact, stakeholder needs, customer requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain scalable technology solutions by treating internal systems as products rather than standalone tools.
  • Drive technology decisions, including evaluating build versus buy approaches, automation opportunities, AI adoption, and long-term platform evolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable product strategies, balancing immediate needs with long-term product direction.
  • Establish product success metrics, governance processes, documentation standards, release planning, and adoption strategies.
  • Continuously improve the go-to-market technology ecosystem by identifying opportunities for simplification, optimization, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning business systems, technology products, or product portfolios within a go-to-market, revenue operations, or similar business environment.
  • Strong understanding of GTM architecture, integrations, data models, and end-to-end revenue processes.
  • Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable success metrics for internal technology products.
  • Ability to evaluate technical solutions and determine when capabilities should be delivered through configuration, automation, AI solutions, custom development, or third-party platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows, build internal solutions, and optimize operational processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and align teams around product decisions.
  • Experience working with GTM technologies such as CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, marketing automation systems, business intelligence solutions, APIs, integration platforms, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous, and globally distributed environment.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
