GTM Strategist

GTM Strategist (Revenue Operations & Strategy) – UK-Based

Partner Role: This position is managed by a partner company, where all applications and next steps will be handled directly.

About the Role

This high-impact position sits at the heart of a rapidly expanding developer platform where strategy, data, and execution intersect to shape the company’s growth strategy. You will architect and optimise systems that drive revenue performance, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align data-driven decisions across the organisation.

This role blends strategic thinker-seeker with hands-on analytics, requiring expertise in revenue operations, forecasting, segmentation, and performance optimisation. You will build scalable GTM infrastructures that enhance customer insights, improve conversion, and fuel long-term growth. Ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, spearheading the development of systems from zero to scale at a global, developer-first organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Operations Leadership

    • Own and refine the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, focusing on customer success, pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, and capacity planning.
  • Data Unification & Decision-Making

    • Establish and maintain a single source of truth (SSOT) for revenue and usage data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Sales & Segmentation Strategy

    • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to design customer segmentation models, coverage frameworks, and quota structures tailored to developer-led buying behaviours.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
