**We’re looking for a results-driven GTM Strategy Lead to oversee outbound strategy, execution, and client communications in our remote (EU hours) team.
What You’ll Do ✨
Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage the strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Campaign Managers, improving their skills in:
- Campaign strategy & messaging
- Workflow execution
- Client communication
- Performance analysis
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Create and refine messaging for outbound campaigns using:
- AI tools
- Audience research
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) analysis
- Campaign performance insights
- Build and optimise prospecting & list-building workflows by combining:
- Multiple data sources
- Advanced segmentation techniques
- Enrichment & lead-scoring methodologies
Technology & Automation
- Leverage Clay for:
- Data scraping
- AI enrichment
- Campaign orchestration
- Increasing ROI of GTM campaigns
- Work with tools like:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lemlist
- Apollo
- HubSpot

Performance & Optimisation
- Evaluate campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable optimisations to:
- Hit KPIs
- Improve lead quality & quantity
- Continuously test and refine:
- Campaign angles
- Niches
- ICPs
- Outreach strategies to boost reply rates
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Support Campaign Managers in preparing:
- Client updates
- Reports
- Strategic recommendations (clearly linking performance metrics & next steps)
- Communicate directly with clients for:
- Strategic discussions
- Performance reviews & escalations
- Campaign planning & alignment
Process & Culture Building
- Develop internal best practices including:
- Training materials
- Quality standards
- Scalable workflows to help the Campaign Management team grow efficiently
- Foster a culture of:
- Ownership
- Continuous improvement
- Personal & professional growth
Who You Are ❤️🔥 (Key Requirements)
Experience
- At least 4+ years in Performance, B2B Marketing, or GTM
- Outbound Sales/GTM background, preferably in:
- Tech, SaaS, software, or high-growth startups
- Experience working with:
- Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach
- Lead Generation & Scaling Outbound Teams
Leadership & Team Support
- Proven experience managing, training, or mentoring:
- Junior/Mid-level Campaign Managers
- SDRs, Lead Generation Specialists, or outbound teams -Strong performance review & 1:1 mentoring skills

- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot
- Strong understanding of:
- BKA data enrichment
- Lead scoring segments
- Campaign orchestration logic
- Knowledge of:
- Prompt engineering
- AI models & workflows
- Data scraping & enrichment tools (e.g., Google Maps, Apify, Serper)
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communicator, able to:
- Explain data-driven insights to clients & teams
- Translate strategy into executed campaigns & reports
- Proactive & detail-oriented, with a passion for scaling efficient outbound processes
