Scope of Role

The Go-To-Market Strategy Manager is responsible for developing compelling, industry specific solution content driving digital demand generation initiatives and managing external partners to support the company’s solutions-led go-to-market strategy. This role focuses on planning, developing and executing solution centric marketing programs across digital channels, supporting vertical markets, managing content development, and contributing to pricing model creation. Ultimately, driving customer awareness engagement, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies that deliver high-quality, industry-specific solution content
  • Translate complex solution offerings into clear value propositions
  • Collaborate with SMEs, product and solutions teams, regional marketeers, sales and key stakeholders
  • Study and support the creation of pricing models
  • Assist in value-based pricing frameworks
  • Collaborate with product and solutions teams to define strategic content direction and drive impactful initiatives with strategic resell enabling partners
  • Point of contact to strategic resell enabling partners for readiness and involvement in Getac marketing initiatives
  • Engage with partners to ensure brand consistency and smooth communication on a regular basis
  • Packages multiple products into coherent GTM offerings
  • Defines bundling, segmentation, and messaging layers
  • Develop lead generation campaign/program strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities.
  • Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
  • Analyse and optimize funnel performance
  • Manage design agencies, research partners and freelancers on a project basis
  • Support solution launches, manage cross-region and regional events involving solutions when necessary
  • Work closely with marketing teams around the globe to ensure consistency and collaboration, with some occasional interaction required outside of core office hours due to time zone differences
  • Able to do international travel

Essential Experience Required

  • Experience with B2B Marketing
  • Experience with Multilingual sites
  • Experience with both on/offline marketing techniques
  • Experience with CRM & automation tools (e.g. Salesforce and Hubspot or other Marketing Automation and CRM tools would be a plus)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles
  • Experience delivering upon a content strategy, to deliver a suite of content assets
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and agencies to build consensus around content activities
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or a related area
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end B2B product marketing, including product, pricing, channel, and promotional strategy, is a plus.
  • English as native language or business level. Any additional language is a plus.
