GTM Systems Engineer
Manchester City Centre | Hybrid Working | Up to £50,000 + Benefits
We're working with an ambitious Manchester-based tech start-up looking to hire a GTM Systems Engineer to support and optimise the systems, data and processes that power its commercial operation.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes and partnering closely with sales teams to make a measurable impact on business performance.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing and improving the data and systems that support the company's go-to-market activity, ensuring sales teams have access to accurate data, efficient workflows and meaningful insights.
- Own and improve sales data quality across CRM and GTM systems
- Support data cleansing, enrichment and ongoing maintenance activities
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to support decision-making
- Work closely with sales teams to understand challenges and identify process improvements
- Support lead management, routing and data workflows
- Collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders to improve system performance and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve scalability

About You
Open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including:
- Data Analytics
- Commercial Analytics
- Sales Operations
- Revenue Operations
- CRM Administration
- Business Intelligence
You'll ideally have:
- Strong Excel skills
- Some SQL experience
- Power BI experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Experience supporting sales, commercial or revenue-generating teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in improving systems and processes
