GTM Systems Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Systems Manager to own and administer the core revenue intelligence platform that powers our go-to-market organization. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and GTM Systems, with primary ownership of Gong (including Forecasting, Engage, and Conversational Intelligence), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Kernel. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying AI within the broader GTM tech stack and is excited to lead a small team responsible for data quality and completeness across our systems.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who understands both the technical administration of GTM tools and the strategic value they unlock for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
What You'll Do
Platform Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the primary system owner for Gong, managing strategy, configuration, integrations, and platform health across Forecasting, Engage, and Conversational Intelligence modules.
- Own the end-to-end administration of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including license management, integration with CRM, and adoption tracking.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize platform workflows to ensure GTM teams are extracting maximum value from Gong and adjacent tools.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, manage vendor relationships, and act as the primary escalation point for Gong- and Sales Navigator-related requests.
AI & GTM Tech Stack Innovation
- Champion the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across the GTM tech stack, including AI features within Gong (e.g., forecasting models, conversation intelligence insights, deal risk signals) and other GTM tools.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve rep productivity, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities within the revenue intelligence and sales engagement space, and make recommendations for adoption.
Team Leadership & Data Governance
- Manage and provide oversight to a team responsible for data quality across GTM systems core CRM (SFDC).
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring accurate, consistent, and complete data flows between Gong, CRM, and other GTM tools.
- Develop processes and dashboards to monitor data hygiene, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Vendor manage Kernel our AI partner for data accuracy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
