Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Entertainment Industry Relations Intern to join our team based in London. In this role, you will provide essential logistical support to the Entertainment Industry Relations Manager, contributing to the successful delivery of the House's talent strategy.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a strong interest in the entertainment industry and fashion communications, as well as a genuine passion for film, music, sport, the arts, and London's cultural scene, to join a dynamic, fast-paced team.
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sample Logistics: Arrange domestic and international shipments with multiple courier providers, track deliveries, and ensure samples are delivered and returned on time.
- Sample Management: Manage VIP samples, maintaining a tidy and organized VIP Sample Cupboard. Handle all send-outs and track samples accurately using Fashion GPS.
- Talent Support: Coordinate with the Global Entertainment Industry Relations team to secure samples for talent dressing; oversee shipping logistics, store pulls, consignments, and ensure timely returns.
- Talent Appointments: Support the EIR Manager during talent dressing appointments, including fitting room preparation and back-of-house assistance.
- Inventory: Prepare for and oversee the annual inventory of the VIP Sample Cupboard.
- Event Coordination: Assist the Communications team in preparing for local activations, including guest list management, talent travel and accommodation, dressing, gifting, and on-site support.
- Gifting: Manage seasonal talent gifting and product activations, ensuring timely delivery to talent.
- Cross-Functional Working: Collaborate with Retail and Head Office teams to maintain strong relationships, share information, and secure necessary approvals.
- Presentation & Reporting: Create and maintain accurate, and well-presented decks for approvals and reporting using PowerPoint.
- Communications Team Support: Provide proactive support to the wider Communications Team, collaborating closely and assisting across functions as needed.
- Discretion & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information and high-profile talent interactions with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Cultural Awareness: Stay connected to London's cultural scene with a strong interest in music, film, sports, and theatre to provide insights and ideas to the team.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience, ideally within fashion communications, entertainment, or talent management.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Fashion GPS, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Outstanding communication skills, always demonstrating discretion and professionalism.
