What you'll bring to the team
Fancy a job like no other? We’re looking for an Education and Guest Experience Supervisor to represent the educational voice here at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary.
The SEA LIFE Trust is a registered charity working globally to protect the world’s oceans and the amazing marine life that lives within them. Our vision is of a world where our oceans are healthy, properly protected and full of diverse life.
This role is to both represent the educational voice of the sanctuary through our curriculum-linked education packages, educational talks and events and school visits as well as ensuring our onsite guests have the best time through our year-round events program, onsite interactives and daily talks and feeds. You will drive a high-quality experience for our guests by inspiring and educating whilst making it fun and entertaining.
- You’ll lead the education volunteer programme, liaising with external organisations, schools and education groups to upsell our education packages.
- You’ll also help manage our yearly calendar of onsite events and experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
