Perched above Dorset’s breathtaking Jurassic Coast, Louma is one of the UK’s newest luxury countryside destinations.

Set within 100 acres of farmland, vineyards and woodland, Louma is far more than a country hotel. It’s a place where exceptional hospitality, wellness, estate-to-table dining, nature and meaningful experiences come together to create unforgettable stays.

Our estate includes:

  • Beautifully designed Farmhouse Rooms, Timber Stables, Stone Barns and Shepherd Huts
  • A working vineyard and kitchen gardens

The Opportunity

This is far more than a front-of-house role. You’ll curate exceptional guest journeys, from the moment a reservation is made until long after departure.

You will: ✔ Become the trusted point of contact for our guests, anticipating their needs ✔ Coordinate bespoke itineraries—dining experiences, spa treatments, vineyard tours, estate activities and local excursions ✔ Ensure every stay feels effortless, personal and memorable ✔ Work closely with every department across the estate to deliver Louma’s signature warm, intuitive hospitality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
