Guest Experience Expert

Guest Experience Expert – The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts

Position Summary

Our roles go beyond smooth check-ins and check-outs. We aim to create a memorable and unique guest experience. Guest Experience Experts take ownership to provide a wide range of tailored services, ensuring guests feel guided and delighted throughout their stay.

These professionals are empowered to operate freely, addressing any operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights. Every transaction should feel like part of a seamless, enriching experience.

Critical to success in any role at Marriott International includes:

  • Ensuring a safe workplace
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Protecting company assets
  • Meeting quality standards
  • Keeping a professional uniform, appearance, and communication

Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet, moving dynamically (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and operating in a hands-on manner (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance). Consistently delivering exemplary service—meeting guests’ and business needs every time—is essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
