About the Role
At Marriott International, our Guest Experience Experts don’t just handle a smooth check-in or check-out—they craft unique, memorable stays. These specialists proactively deliver a vast range of services, guiding guests seamlessly throughout their visit, from managing operational needs to sharing local highlights.
Success in this role hinges on core principles:
- Safety & compliance – upholding workplace safety, company policies, and confidentiality
- Quality assurance – protecting assets, maintaining high standards, and representing Marriott Luxury Collection professionally
- Physical demands – standing, walking, and handling objects up to 10 pounds with initiative and hands-on problem-solving
