Location: SEA LIFE Manchester, Barton Square Bridge, Trafford Centre, M17 8AS
Contract Type: Seasonal, until November 2026.
Are you looking for a full-time, seasonal job that’s full of FUN? If you fancy working where sharks and sea turtles watch on as you go about your daily work, then apply today for this Guest Experience Host role!
You’ll be working out on the front-line within the attraction, welcoming, greeting, interacting with, and helping our guests at every opportunity, ensuring they get the absolute most from their visit. This is a very performance heavy role and will involve a lot of public speaking.
On a typical day (if you can call it that) you will ensure our guests have an intimate Ocean experience through fun, up close storytelling with hands on interaction. You could find yourself delivering entertaining and informative talks to our guests, inspiring the future generation, dressing up in costume characters as well as delivering school workshops, birthday parties and our premium experiences.

This is a seasonal, fixed term position, contracted until November 2026. Midweek, weekend and bank holiday shifts are required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Lots of experience working in a customer facing environment
- The confidence in approaching and dealing with diverse groups of people
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively
- A fun, courteous, and friendly personality
- Public speaking experience

Pay Range
GBP £12.81/Hr.
