Guest Experience Manager: Specialist Curator for AI Model Training

We’re seeking an expert Guest Experience Manager with a passion for writing, editing, and language refinement to transition their skills into training AI models for chatbot applications. Successful candidates will measure progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to enhance the quality of natural language models.

About the Role

This position demands expert-level mastery in coherent, accurate, and polished language—with additional strengths in research, fact-checking, and contextual precision. The projects are highly flexible, allowing candidates to choose tasks based on interests and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs for relevance, correctness, and performance.
  • Assess AI-generated content for factual accuracy, logical soundness and alignment with brand voice.
  • Identify gaps or errors in responses, and ** اداره logic refinements** to improve model reliability.
  • Collaborate (where needed) to optimise training datasets and fine-tune generative outputs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
