Location:
Forest of Dean (Coleford, Gloucestershire)
Salary:
Up to £40,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Days of Work:
Shifts vary Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota.
Live In Accommodation:
Available, not compulsory.

What You’ll Do:
- ✨ Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
- 🍽️ Oversee F&B operations, drive revenue, and maintain top service standards
- 🌟 Lead, motivate, and develop your team across Front & Back of House
- 🌲 Manage Ranger activities and unforgettable guest adventures
- ⚡ Step in as Duty Manager and keep operations running smoothly

You Will Have:
- ✅ Hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality
- ✅ Experience managing teams and delivering exceptional service
- ✅ Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ✅ Full UK driving license
