Central London

Salary: £45,000

Full-time | Permanent | 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday with flexibility)

We’re looking for an experienced people leader to shape and elevate the day-to-day experience within a high-profile corporate environment in Central London. This is a role for someone who loves being present, visible and actively involved—someone who believes the best leaders lead from the front and create environments where teams and guests genuinely feel connected.

You’ll bring energy to every interaction, champion outstanding service and create memorable moments that leave a lasting impression.

You’ll play a key role in creating an engaging, polished and welcoming environment for employees, visitors and stakeholders. Working alongside your team, you’ll inspire confidence, build capability and ensure every experience feels effortless, personal and considered.

Success in this role means balancing operational excellence with authentic human connection—creating experiences people remember for all the right reasons.

Key Responsibilities Include

Leading from the front to create a consistently warm, engaging and elevated experience Inspiring and developing a high-performing team through coaching and visible leadership Building meaningful relationships across the business and becoming a trusted presence Identifying opportunities to evolve service delivery and enhance the overall experience Creating an environment where people feel welcomed, valued and connected Embedding a culture of accountability, pride and continuous improvement

About You

You’ll be someone who naturally brings people together and sets standards through action rather than instruction.

You’ll Likely Have

Experience leading teams within guest experience, hospitality, workplace, luxury or service-led environments A passion for creating memorable experiences and meaningful human connection A collaborative leadership style with strong emotional intelligence Confidence operating in visible, fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail and an instinct for anticipating needs The ability to inspire others and bring positive energy to every day
