Role Description
The Guest Experience Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises guest-facing teams across front-of-house areas to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensures a welcoming, professional, and consistent experience for all visitors.
- Coordinates check-in and check-out processes.
- Responds to guest enquiries and resolves issues proactively.
- Monitors guest feedback to drive service improvements.
- Collaborates closely with:
- Housekeeping
- Food and Beverage
- Spa
- Golf teams
- Supports smooth operations, reservation management, and conference/event assistance.
- Trains team members in service standards and cleanliness/presentation protocols.
- May perform additional duty management as required.

Qualifications & Experience Required
Essential Criteria
✅ Strong customer service & hospitality skills, with:
- Guest engagement
- Problem-solving under pressure
- Professional, welcoming demeanour
✅ Proven supervisory and team coordination experience, including:
- Leading and motivating front-of-house staff
- Supporting team performance

✅ Organisational and administrative skills, such as:

- Maintaining accurate records
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for:
- Direct interaction with guests, colleagues, and management

- Hotel, resort, or leisure settings
- (Preferable: conference, banqueting, spa, or golf operations)
✅ Flexibility to work:

Desirable
