The role
Guests Hosts are the face of Oxygen, they are the first person our guests and visitors see, beaming their killer watt smiles and greeting everyone like they are friends and family of the park. Guest Hosts set the tone for the customer journey, helping the kids feel excited and the parents and adults feel assured and confident about the experience they are all about to have. Being friendly, organised and professional are key to being successful in this role.
High energy and a positive outlook will help during the busy and quieter times. You have the first opportunity to make moments that matter, from smooth check-in, to sign-posting the park, to building the excitement and anticipation. You will also talk about and sell upcoming events, current additional activities to ensure everyone makes the most out of their time with us. You’ll work closely with the other teams in the café, on courts and in parties to ensure clear communication and the very best customer experience there is on the planet.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
