Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Advisor/Receptionist located in London.

The Guest Relations Advisor/Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Maintaining an accurate visitor log
- Coordinating appointments
- Ensuring the welcoming areas are well-maintained
- Supporting the team by managing bookings and providing information about club facilities and services
This role requires a proactive approach to creating a positive experience for all who visit The Conduit.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to connect with a diverse community
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Experience in Client Relations and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to provide training and guidance to team members or support staff
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk roles, or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in handling booking systems and basic administrative tasks
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
