Part of The Bicester Collection, Bicester Village doesn't do ordinary. Set in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, well connected across the UK, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 160 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still. The Hospitality team is hiring a Guest Relations Ambassador. The role We're looking for a polished, service-driven individual to deliver exceptional hospitality across The Apartment and Western Terrace at Bicester Village. In this role, you'll create seamless, luxury guest experiences, support VIC and VVIC visits, and represent the Village at the highest standard—blending premium hospitality, concierge expertise and personalised service to make every visit memorable. Location: Bicester Village, Full Time, On-site What you'll be doing A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

Deliver a 5-star luxury hospitality experience as a brand ambassador for Bicester Village, welcoming domestic and international guests with warmth and professionalism Support day-to-day operations of The Apartment and Western Terrace, maintaining an elegant environment aligned with brand standards Create tailored guest itineraries and concierge-style services (e.g., reservations, hands-free shopping and bespoke support) anticipating guest needs throughout their journey Support VIC and VVIC visits and exclusive events with flawless execution, while preparing and serving premium food and beverages, including barista coffee, with confident menu recommendations Promote Village services, retail and partnerships, handle guest queries and feedback, and ensure all operations adhere to Village standards and procedures

What we're looking for We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, premium retail or similar, with excellent grooming and presentation Strong service delivery skills and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, with good knowledge of luxury guest expectations and guest profiling Barista and/or food and beverage experience is desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to confidently engage with UHNW and VIC guests High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English with additional languages an advantage
