About the Role
As a Guest Relations Associate (Nights), you are at the heart of the guest experience. You are often the first impression and the lasting memory, creating meaningful moments that transform a stay into something truly exceptional. This is more than a front office role; it is about Relationship Hospitality: understanding individual needs, anticipating expectations, and delivering personalised service with warmth, confidence, and genuine care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalised service to guests throughout the night, ensuring every interaction reflects the Rosewood standard of hospitality.
- Welcome late arrivals, support overnight guest requests, and create a reassuring and professional presence within the hotel during night-time operations.
- Take ownership of guest concerns and feedback, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining empathy, confidence, and discretion.
- Complete night audit procedures accurately and on time, ensuring all financial, administrative, and operational records are correct and ready for the day team.
- Monitor overnight activity across the property, identifying and communicating any operational concerns or guest requirements promptly.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preference information, ensuring seamless communication and handover between night and day teams.
- Uphold Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood Brand Standards throughout the night shift, ensuring consistency of service at all times.
- Work collaboratively with overnight colleagues across departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and exceptional guest experience.
