Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for every guest?

Our client, a luxury hotel in Milton Keynes, is looking for a confident and personable Guest Relations Executive to play a central role in ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and personalized stay from the moment they book until they leave.

About the Role

This is a varied, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll spend your time building relationships with guests, coordinating special requests, identifying opportunities to enhance each stay, and maximizing revenue through personalized recommendations, upselling, and encouraging future direct bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests with a warm, professional approach and ensuring every arrival feels special.
  • Building genuine relationships to understand guest preferences and tailor their experience.
  • Responding quickly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues with confidence.
  • Identify and promote upselling opportunities including room upgrades, spa services, and dining packages.
  • Manage VIP arrivals and coordinate special occasion arrangements.
  • Encourage OTA guests to make direct bookings for future visits.
  • Carrying out regular checks across the hotel to ensure presentation and service standards remain exceptional.
  • Supporting the Duty Management and the wider hotel operation by working collaboratively across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Seek guest feedback proactively to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Maintain professional appearance and represent the Hotel's high standards at all times.

Who They’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a luxury hotel, guest services, or front office environment and genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences for customers.
  • Proven ability to upsell products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
  • Professional appearance and calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability to resolve concerns effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
