Responsibilities & Duties
Guest Relations Executives are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by:
- Welcoming guests and VIPs with warmth, professionalism, and friendliness
- Acting as the primary point of contact during the guest’s stay
- Promptly resolving inquiries, requests, and concerns politely and efficiently
- Ensuring guests’ stays exceed expectations

About You
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- A natural inclination for delivering high-quality service
- Commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills (excellent written & spoken English)
- Smart, professional appearance & demeanour
- Approachable, positive, and proactive personality
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel greatly preferred
