Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the visible representative of the Jumeirah brand in the lobby, delivering a warm, consistent, and genuine welcome to guests and visitors.
- Act as a storyteller, sharing unique insights into:
- Jumeirah’s distinctive experiences
- Cultural or historical facts about the destination
- Maintain operational efficiency by:
- Managing daily administrative tasks
- Coordinating information flow between relevant teams
- Proactively engage guests to create memorable experiences, including:
- Gathering feedback
- Addressing needs proactively
- Assist with guest requests, ensuring seamless follow-through:
- Reservations
- Directions
- Special arrangements
- Specialise in VIP guest services, including:
- Coordination of check-ins
- Luggage delivery
- Personalised attention
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A friendly, approachable, and engaging demeanour
- Exceptional ability to connect with diverse backgrounds
- Passion for hospitality, with an interest in:
- Travel
- Culture
- Local heritage
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Superior multitasking and professionalism under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Previous luxury hospitality experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to guest service
