Key Responsibilities

The Guest Relations Executive must exemplify exceptional people-skill and relationship-building in a luxury hotel environment. Here’s what the role entails:

  • Ensure Memorable Guest Experiences

    • Proactively anticipate and satisfy guest needs—to create experiences that linger long after they leave.
    • Address queries promptly and follow up to ensure punctual resolution.
  • Reservations & Arrivals

    • Confirm bookings, cancellations, and late check-ins.
    • Coordinate special requests: scripting, transportation, childcare, and business services.

    • Inform guests on hotel amenities, room facilities, and nearby attractions.
    • Assist with reservations for spa, dining, events, and entertainment while ensuring seamless service.

    • Collaborate with management to pioneer new initiatives and refine procedures.
    • Direct workflow: ensure tasks are completed with excellence and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile: Who We’re Looking For

Ideal Background

  • Prior experience in customer hospitality (customer service, hotel guest relations, private clubs or similar).
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, teamworking, and problem-solving ability.

Skills & Attributes

  • Communication expertise—mastery in verbal, listening, and written communication.
  • Proactive and reliable, equally respectful of tasks when working independently and in a group.
  • Innovation mindset: motivated to suggest improvements and deliver flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • Ambassadorial spirit: exhibit passion for high-end service and remain composed under pressure.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Fluent English required ( able to communicate clearly in conversation, writing, and guest-related transcripts).
