Job Description
Portico is recruiting for a Guest Relations Manager (Reception Supervisor) to oversee our small front of house services, based with a financial services company in the Canon Street area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional from a 4 or 5-star hotel background to transition into a corporate environment, without losing the high standards and personalised service you’re used to delivering.
You will take ownership of the front of house experience, leading a small team and ensuring every guest, visitor and colleague receives a seamless, polished and memorable welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
- Act as the face of the client environment, creating a warm and professional welcome
- Manage the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and VIP guests
- Assist with overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to elevate service standards and enhance the guest experience
- Maintain impeccable presentation across all client-facing areas
Shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri
Salary
- £37,000 per annum
Qualifications
- Background in luxury hospitality (4/5-star hotel experience preferred)
- (e.g. Guest Relations Manager, Front Office Manager, Concierge Manager, Guest Experience Manager)
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a high-end service environment
- A natural host with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Immaculately presented with strong attention to detail
