Guest Sales Specialist
Location: Head Office, Moreton in Marsh
Salary Range: £27,500.00 - £37,100.00 (inclusive of commission)

About The Role
As Guest Sales Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for all new and existing customers and will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive sales and enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Handling all incoming inquiries and reservation calls professionally
- Processing bookings, schedule treatments, and guest dining arrangements
- Sending out booking confirmations and relevant documents promptly
- Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all tasks, adhering to quality standards
- Always providing excellent customer service
- Driving sales and improve guest reservations
- Striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Assisting other areas of the Central Reservations department as needed

What We're Looking For
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be resilient and capacity to adapt to changes.
- Be a quick learner and a passion for acquiring new skills.
- Have the availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a 7-day operation.
- Have the ability to maintain a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Have experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Have previous experience in a call centre environment.
- Have a background in the hospitality industry is desirable.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Additional Information
- Competitive commission structure with average on-target earnings of £800 per month
- Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
- Shifts: 0745-1615hrs / 0845-1715hrs / 0945-1825hrs
- Rolling shift pattern, including a 6-day working week, a 5-day working week and a 4-day working week
