Job Description
Role: Front Desk Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, anticipating and fulfilling their needs with a personal touch
- Proactively solve guest issues, offering swift support and smoothing out pain points efficiently
- Represent Adagio’s brand—uphold quality standards and promote the loyalty programme (ALL)
- Maintain hospitality excellence with a polished, courteous, and smiling demeanour
- Share in-depth knowledge of on-site amenities, events, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Process arrivals, departures, and payment procedures seamlessly
- Brief guests on:
- Stay details (kontents? check policies)
- Special conditions or guidelines
- Available services and amenities
- Drive the front desk towards WOW goals – meeting quantitative & qualitative targets with passion
