About the Role

  • Enhance guest welcome: Greet guests promptly with warmer attitude and attention to detail

  • Crisis resolution: Handle guest queries/concerns efficiently – be a problem-solver
  • Product knowledge: Master all hotel facilities, services, and local attractions; suggest them to every guest
  • Process management:
    • Adhere to payment & booking procedures during arrivals and departures
    • Clarify formalities, Stay conditions, and service options transparently
  • Achieve targets: Contribute to both quantitative bookings and qualitative guest satisfaction
