Aloft and Residence Inn by Marriott Belfast Titanic Quarter have officially opened, and we're looking for exceptional people to join our team as Guest Service Assistants in either Reception or Food & Beverage.

Reception Guest Service Assistant
You'll be the first smile our guests see and the lasting impression they remember. We're looking for confident, friendly individuals who enjoy meeting people, solving problems and creating memorable guest experiences.
You'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Handling enquiries and reservations
- Providing local knowledge and recommendations
- Ensuring every guest receives outstanding service
- Creating exceptional first and last impressions

Food & Beverage Guest Service Assistant
You'll help create vibrant and memorable dining experiences across our food and beverage outlets. We're looking for energetic team players who enjoy engaging with guests and delivering great service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Serving food and beverages with professionalism and personality
- Supporting breakfast, bar and restaurant operations
- Creating welcoming experiences for every guest
- Maintaining high service standards
- Working as part of a dynamic hospitality team
