Job Description
Looking to join a culture of excellence as a Front Office Team Member?
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming all guests promptly with care and attention, delivering a personalised approach
- Proactively anticipating guest needs and finding suitable solutions
- Representing the hotel’s image and promoting the company’s loyalty programme (ALL)
- Assisting with guest feedback resolution, ensuring efficient and satisfying handling
- Sharing knowledge of facilities, hotel services, events, and local attractions, while actively promoting them
- Conducting all arrival and departure operations, ensuring compliance with payment procedures
- Informing guests about formalities, special conditions for their stay, and available services
- Supporting the department’s qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of hospitality operations
- Professionalism and a customer-focused mindset
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential for transport)
