Job Description

Looking to join a culture of excellence as a Front Office Team Member?

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming all guests promptly with care and attention, delivering a personalised approach
  • Proactively anticipating guest needs and finding suitable solutions
  • Representing the hotel’s image and promoting the company’s loyalty programme (ALL)
  • Assisting with guest feedback resolution, ensuring efficient and satisfying handling
  • Sharing knowledge of facilities, hotel services, events, and local attractions, while actively promoting them
  • Conducting all arrival and departure operations, ensuring compliance with payment procedures
  • Informing guests about formalities, special conditions for their stay, and available services
  • Supporting the department’s qualitative and quantitative targets
