Guest Services Assistant

Woburn Forest | £13.20 per hour

Start every break with a warm welcome

From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.

What you'll be doing

  • Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
  • Answering questions by phone and in person
  • Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours

Full-time

  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • You will be required to be fully flexible across 7 days, including weekends
