Front Of House Guest Services Agent (Apprenticeship) – Holiday Inn Express Trafford City
£27,202.70 per annum (£13.07/hr) | 40 hours per week, 5 days a week

We’re currently recruiting Front Of House Guest Services Agents to join our dedicated Front Office team at Holiday Inn Express Trafford City.
The Role
As a Guest Services Agent, your role is to ensure every guest feels comfortable, welcomed, and cared for during their stay. You’ll be a proactive, people-focused professional, with a knack for bringing smiles to guests’ faces.
We operate 365 days a year, 7 days a week, needing a flexible team to cover a variety of evening, weekend, and shift arrivals, though contracted hours and rotations can be discussed during hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a friendly, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handling guest queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Up-selling ancillary services (e.g., dining, room upgrades) with discretion and clear communication.
- Overseeing room readiness and housekeeping arrangements to maintain high standards.
- Supporting the revenue assurance and security policies of the hotel.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless guest experience, including in restaurants and bars if necessary.

Requirements
- A premium focus on guests, with a warm, energetic demeanour.
