Guest Services Agent – Front Office Team
Holiday Inn Express Trafford City Salary: £27,202.70 per annum / £13.07 per hour, 40 hours per week (across 5 days)
About the Role

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be a vital part of our Front Office team, ensuring every guest feels comfortable, welcomed, and well-looked-after during their stay.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is proactive and people-focused

- Brings a smile-worthy attitude to the role
Our 24/7 operation (open 365 days a year) requires flexible shift coverage, including evenings and weekends. Shift patterns and hours can be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and caring for guests throughout their entire stay
- Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Proactively enhancing guest experiences with a team-oriented approach
- Representing the Holiday Inn Express brand with professionalism and warmth
