We're looking for our next Guest Services Host to join our team and work across our reception, lobby, public areas, and restaurant & bar spaces.

This is not a traditional reception role. It's a dynamic, guest-facing position where no two days are the same. If you love variety, enjoy meeting people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

At Wilde, every shift is different. You could be checking guests in, recommending local experiences, assisting in the lobby, supporting the bar, resolving guest queries, or helping create memorable moments throughout the property.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, food & beverage, or reception is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided. A genuine passion for people and delivering excellent customer service. Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment. Ability to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change throughout the day. A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively. Confidence in taking ownership and finding solutions for guests.
