Guest Services Manager
We want a confident communicator who brings personality and shine to our team.
Requirements
- Great energy and a can-do attitude
- Great at managing people, and you love chatting with guests
- Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
- Supervisor or management experience in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Guest Service, and Food & Beverage assistants.
- Working across all departments including reception, bar & kitchen
- Helping guests & creating positive experiences
- Manage hotel room inventory & checking guests in/out
- Managing bills & payments
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries.
- Running the bar
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
