Role Description
The Guest Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Medicana Winchester Clinic in Winchester. This role is responsible for:

The Guest Services Specialist handles inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically, ensuring timely and courteous responses. Daily tasks include:
- Coordinating waiting areas
- Supporting administrative processes
- Assisting with basic cash handling and payment processing
The role also involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to:
- Resolve issues
- Enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a calm, professional environment
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive experience for patients and visitors.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication in a healthcare setting.
- Reliable Cash Handling capabilities, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality when processing payments.
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or hospitality environment is beneficial.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a busy reception or front desk area.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and appointment scheduling software.
- Willingness to work standard full-time clinic hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
