As a Guest Services Team Leader You Will Receive
- Salary: £13.54 per hour plus service charge

We Are Looking For a Guest Services Team Leader
- Who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
- Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Who plays a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
- Who possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills
- Who share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- With previous experience as a Senior Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host or Hotel Receptionist preferable
