The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests at Phonox, providing a warm and memorable experience. They must be able to confidently handle cash and card payments, and be a genuine, vibrant individual who radiates positive energy.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our guests – welcoming them with warmth and professionalism
- Manage guest lists, ticketing, and entry flow with efficiency and attention to detail
- Work closely with security and management to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Help create a seamless and memorable arrival experience for every guest
- Represent Phonox at all times

Requirements
- A natural people person – friendly, confident, and composed
- Previous front-of-house or hosting experience is ideal, but not essential
- Comfortable handling busy environments and high volumes of guests
- Passionate about music, nightlife, and great customer experiences
