- Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189): For skilled workers not sponsored by an employer, state, or family member.
- Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190): Requires state or territory government nomination.
- Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (subclass 491): For skilled workers sponsored by a state, territory, or eligible relative in a regional area.
Eligibility Criteria
- Points System: Minimum 65 points required based on age, English proficiency, work experience, and more.
- Skills Assessment: Positive skills assessment in a relevant occupation.
- English Proficiency: Minimum score of 6 in each IELTS band, or equivalent.
