About the Roles
We're hiring experienced Guidewire professionals to deliver large-scale insurance transformation programmes across the UK P&C, Speciality, London Market, and Lloyd's sectors.
Opportunities are available across implementation, cloud transformation, upgrades, and AMS engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Guidewire Program Manager
- Lead end-to-end Guidewire implementations, upgrades, and AMS
- Manage programme governance, delivery, risks, and stakeholders
- Lead onsite/offshore teams using Agile delivery

- Define end-to-end Guidewire solution architecture
- Design integrations and cloud/on-prem solutions
- Provide technical leadership and architecture governance
Guidewire Developer / Technical Lead
- Design, develop, and customise Guidewire solutions
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Lead development teams and Agile delivery
Guidewire Business Analyst
- Gather and document business requirements
- Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Support UAT, process mapping, and Guidewire functional design
Required Experience
- Strong Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience
- Expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter
- Guidewire Cloud, SaaS, or On-Prem implementation experience
- Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge
- Experience within Speciality Insurance, London Market, or Lloyd's preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication
