We are hiring an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead to lead Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation, transformation, and support projects.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of Guidewire experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter & ClaimCenter) – Cloud/SaaS and On-Prem.
- Good experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance (Personal and/or Commercial Lines).
- Experience leading Guidewire development teams (5+ members) and managing client stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Guidewire configuration: Workflows, Rules, Data Model, Entity Creation/Modification, PCFs, Validations, Widgets, and Integrations.
- Experience in Guidewire customization and integration using REST & SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Messaging Framework, Batch Processes, and OOTB Plugins.
- Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud offerings including GT Framework, Integration Gateway, APD, Autopilot, and Underwriting Workbench.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture, deployment, and software design.
- Experience in implementation, AMS/support projects, Agile delivery, defect triage, estimation, and project planning.
- Good SQL skills for data analysis.
- Guidewire Certification (ACE preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
