About the role
PKGen London is bringing on a Membership Sales Advisor for a focused, part-time contract to convert our existing pipeline of gym enquiries into paying members.
We already generate a steady flow of warm, opted-in leads each week. What we need is someone experienced in gym or studio membership sales who knows how to follow up fast, build genuine rapport, and close.
Responsibilities
- Contact new enquiries within an hour of sign-up
- Run a structured, multi-touch follow-up sequence by phone and text
- Book and follow up on trial sessions and studio tours
- Close new memberships across our membership tiers
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of every lead and outcome

What we're looking for
- Proven experience in membership sales at a gym, studio, or leisure facility, this is essential, not a role to learn sales in
- Confident, consistent phone manner with a demonstrated track record of hitting conversion targets
- Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Available approximately 15 to 20 hours a week for 3 months, with some flexibility around peak enquiry response times

Compensation
Base retainer plus uncapped commission per new member signed (paid on 30-day retention), with an additional bonus for hitting monthly targets. Full details discussed with shortlisted candidates.
Contract
3-month fixed term, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
