Are you a pharmaceutical sales professional with a passion for working in the Haematology arena? Lilly is on the hunt for a standout candidate to join our UK Haematology sales team.

In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with a highly skilled and integrated team comprising sales, marketing, market access, and medical professionals. Your wealth of experience will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy at both local and national levels, ultimately impacting patient outcomes across Lilly’s current and future Haematology portfolio. As a Haematology Territory Business Manager, we want you to leverage your industry knowledge to identify and engage key healthcare professionals within your territory. Your ability to build and nurture strong relationships will be instrumental in promoting the priorities of our portfolio. You have a winning attitude and thrive in a highly competitive environment. Confident in using various communication channels, you enhance customer experience through virtual interactions. Your ability to make data-driven decisions directly impacts business success. Adaptable and flexible, you excel in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with ease based on focusing what’s in your control.

Key Responsibilities

Compliantly achieve/exceed sales & new patient start targets through a mixture of focused customer interactions – including face-to-face calls, meetings & digital tactics. Use business information and insights to identify variance in local account performance and collaborate on tactical plans to maximise performance. Develop and maintain deep expertise and product knowledge of own therapeutic area & appropriate competitor products. Define, prepare, and implement your territory business plans with strong cross-functional collaboration that is aligned with the brand strategy and maximising execution of key tactics. Support HCPs by continuing to develop key capabilities in line with business needs and company culture. Partner with the Access team, Medical, and key head office colleagues to ensure industry-best teamwork and support of the customer base, leading to optimal business outcomes. Demonstrate high integrity & compliance at all times with a can-do attitude.

Essential Skills

Proven track record in identifying and converting business opportunities into growth with a winning mindset. Experience in developing regional and national thought leaders at a tertiary or academic hospital level Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and stakeholder management. Excellent demonstration of key capabilities such as in-call selling skills (including virtually and hybrid) , key account management, business planning Proven ability to plan and execute P2P/eP2P meeting programs. Experience navigating NHS formulary, appraisal processes and commissioning frameworks, MDT decision pathways, and hospital pharmacy access processes Past Haematology/Oncology experience Existing Haematology network within the North London or East England haematology community is preferable Self-motivated, high personal accountability and EQ, adaptable, consistent, and disciplined in planning and execution in a rare disease area, with the ability to operate autonomously across a large geographic territory with minimal supervision ABPI Qualified. Full UK Driving license.
