Staff Nurse (Dialysis Clinic) – Permanent Full-Time Role Location: Bilston, Wolverhampton Employer: One of the UK’s leading healthcare providers
About the Role
Join a busy and exceptional dialysis clinic, delivering high-standard, patient-focused care with state-of-the-art equipment.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective haemodialysis treatment while promoting the highest level of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of individualised care, prioritising patient needs
- Mentor and support team members to ensure consistency of care
- Administer safe haemodialysis treatments in accordance with patient prescriptions
- Collaborate with external organisations and hospital trusts to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain open, clear communication with patients, users, and service providers
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and assist in continuous improvement
- Stay updated with current professional nursing knowledge and best practices
- Promote evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes

Essential Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin (current registration)
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Previous renal nursing experience (highly desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing clinical environments
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a friendly, supportive demeanour

What We Offer
Compensation & Working Hours
- Salary: £32,100–£37,950 per annum (depending on experience)
- Contract: Permanent full-time (day shifts, Monday–Saturday)
- Annual Leave: 35 days (including bank holidays)
