Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Haircut Specialist role based at the Limoz Logli Hair & Beauty Salon in London. The Haircut Specialist will provide precision cutting and styling services, including consultations to understand client preferences, lifestyle, and hair condition. Daily tasks include:

The role involves:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Following health and safety standards
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods
- Helping promote salon services
- Contributing to photos or content for marketing when needed
- Staying updated on current trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in precision cutting, styling, and finishing for diverse hair types and lengths.
- Experience with luxury or high-end salon environments and delivering discreet, personalized client service.
- Ability to conduct thorough consultations, recommend suitable styles, and communicate clearly with clients.
- Knowledge of hair health, basic treatments, and product recommendations to support long-term hair care.
- Professional certification or recognized qualification in hairdressing or barbering.
- Demonstrated commitment to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in a salon setting.
- Strong time management, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
- Willingness to participate in training, learn new techniques, and keep up with contemporary cutting trends.
