Senior Hair Stylist / Senior Colourist

📍 London | Full-time & Part-time

£14–£16 per hour (DOE) + 20% uncapped commission + 100% tips
We’re looking for experienced stylists who care about great hair, great service and building a long-term career—not just filling a chair.
If you’re commercially minded, confident behind the chair and want to be part of a growing London salon brand, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll get

  • Up to ÂŁ16 per hour (depending on experience)
  • 20% uncapped commission on service upgrades and retail

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years’ salon experience
  • Holds NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Is confident in cutting, colouring and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced salon
  • Is reliable, professional and a genuine team player
  • Wants to learn, grow and earn more
  • Speaks fluent English and has the right to work in the UK

Experience with Afro and textured hair is a bonus but not essential. We’ll help you develop those skills.
