Job Location: Beijing, China
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop innovative products that reflect Songmont’s brand identity, stay ahead of industry trends, and respond to market demands.
- Lead the design process for new collections, from concept to creation, including selecting materials, colors, and managing timelines.
- Oversee the sampling and refinement process, ensuring the selection of the finest materials, hardware, and accessories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, operations) to ensure smooth execution of designs, maintaining both quality and production timelines.
- Explore emerging fashion trends, innovative materials, design inspirations, and customer insights to shape future collections.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design (Bag Design major preferred).
- Excellent command of both Chinese and English.
- 1-2 years of experience in bag design, or recent graduates with exceptional potential are also welcome to apply.
- Passion for fashion and design, with a keen eye for trends and a unique design aesthetic.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to independently develop and model designs.
- Familiarity with bag construction, craftsmanship, and material properties.
- Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D modeling software; strong hand-drawing skills are a plus.
- Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
