Location: Unit 9, Newton Road

Position Summary

Job Title: Handler Hours per Week: 40 Start Date: 1 July 2026 Closing Date: 30 November 2026 Salary: £27,643.20 per annum, plus 6% Long Term Incentive Award (LWA)

  • Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 00:00 to 08:30 (with a 30-minute daily break)
  • Weekend shift: Saturday - 00:00 to 08:30 (same break provision)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

You’ll be key to FedEx’s global operations as Handling Team Member at Crawley. Your core duties include:

  • Sorting, scanning, loading, and efficient unloading of packages in a swift, rigorous environment
  • Operating equipment and emerging technology as required
  • Strict adherence to Health, Safety & Security protocols
  • Assisting supervisory teams and supporting peers
