A large Facilities Management company is recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Handyperson to provide planned and preventative maintenance across 16 buildings in Greater Manchester.
The role requires an experienced handyperson with maintenance experience to join their team.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Overtime and on-call availability
Daily Responsibilities
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Fabric duties
- Diagnosing and rectifying fabric faults
- Conducting work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with clients on-site

Requirements for the Role
- Experienced Maintenance Handyman
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) experience
- Valid driving license
- Strong customer care skills
