Teamforce Labour currently seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman / MEWP Operator to join our team on a project in Under River, Kent. This is a dual-role position requiring an IPAF-qualified operative who can not only safely operate a MEWP but also undertake a variety of general maintenance and site support tasks.
This role would suit a practical, hands-on individual with a strong background in general building maintenance, repairs, and working at height.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) in accordance with IPAF regulations and site procedures. Carry out minor decoration and making-good works. Complete basic pointing and masonry repairs. Remove redundant services and associated fixtures. Replace damaged or missing roof tiles. Clean and clear gutters, downpipes, and roof areas. Assist skilled tradespeople by providing access and support from the MEWP. Perform general handyman duties as required across the project. Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Maintain a clean and organised working area. Adhere to all site health and safety requirements.

Requirements
Valid IPAF Licence (3a/3b minimum). Previous experience operating MEWPs on construction or maintenance projects. Proven handyman or multi-trade experience. Comfortable working at height. Good understanding of health and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. CSCS card preferred. Full UK driving licence desirable.
